Information:

Anti-PP1k antibody carries a high risk of repeated abortion during the first and second trimester [1, 3]. It can be treated with plasmapheresis, IVIG, IUTs and delivery at a set time [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7]. IVIG begun at 6 weeks and continued to 30 weeks led to an infant that was not anemic [4]. In another case, IVIG was begun at 8 weeks [5]. Anti-PP1Pk is known to cause growth retardation [2, 3,].
